Track Day at Chenevières on Saturday, June 5, 2010

The Pôle des Sports Mécaniques (Motorsport Centre) at Chenevières, 35 minutes from Metz, is a mighty 40-hectare site totally dedicated to sport and recreational driving and boasts over 3.5 kilometres of tarmac track.

As is the case for all events, the Renault Sport Enthusiast Days team will be giving advice to drivers and ensuring that safe driving rules are observed so that all participants have an enjoyable, educational, friendly and safe experience.

Typical schedule
8:00 – 9:30: Welcome of participants, formalities, briefing
9:30 – 12:00: 20-minute sessions in groups of 20 vehicles (maximum)
12:00 – 13:45: Lunch break
13:45 – 14:00: Briefing
14:00 – 18:00: 20-minute sessions in groups of 20 vehicles (maximum)
18:00 – 18:30: Debriefing and close of activities

Times may vary depending on the specific requirements of the day.

Maximum number of participants
60 vehicles with a maximum of 3 participants per vehicle

Vehicles accepted
• Renault Sport vehicles and other Renault sports cars (GT, Renault Sport, etc.)
• Vehicles must comply with the provisions set out in the Renault Sport Enthusiast Days internal regulations, particularly regarding noise level standards.

May 17, 2010

Requirements for access to track
• Valid driving licence (category B)
• Mandatory wearing of helmet (driver and passenger)
• Mandatory tow ring
• Acceptance of internal regulations and signature of the document “Statement of Responsibility/Liability” before any access to the track

Prices
• A participant and his/her vehicle: €195
• Additional participant (same vehicle): €95
• Companion as simple passenger (same vehicle): €39
(maximum of 3 participants – drivers or passengers – per vehicle)
• Track experience offer: €50
• Renault Sport Discovery offer: €130

Lunch
Lunch may be booked at the track’s club house: €30 per person
Picnics are allowed on site

Order of priority-Cancellation
• Application requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.
• The event may be cancelled if there are insufficient participants. Those registered will be informed of any such cancellation by May 20, 2010 at the latest and shall be fully reimbursed.
